1.)	Employees or their families, retailers, and/or their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies of Yucatan Foods are not eligible to win.
2.)	Entrants must be 21 years of age and be residents of the United States to win.
3.)	No purchase necessary and you need not be present to win.
4.)	To enter, simply go to www.avocado.com and follow the instructions. Yucatan Foods will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries/mail, or technical failures error, or loss of any kind; lost or unavailable Internet connections; or failed, incomplete garbled or deleted computer/network transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the sweepstakes.
5.)	Entries must be placed by December 31st, 2007. One random drawing will be held at the offices of Yucatan Foods on or around Jan 8th, 2008 and one winner will be chosen.
6.)	One entry per person.
7.)	Retail value of the prize package is approximately $2,500.
8.)	Black-Out periods apply to travel dates.
9.)	For the name of the sweepstakes winner, available after Jan 30th, 2008, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Yucatan Foods, 9841 Airport Blvd., 1578, Los Angeles, CA, 90045. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10.)	Winner agrees to have their name posted as winner on the Yucatan Website for 60 days.
